Discovery of when the airport shuttle would arrive was a complete mystery. It did not maintain the schedule posted. When told it would arrive in 10 minutes only to have it show up 40 minutes later, one gets a bit cranky.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. It promised on free airport shuttles but only between 7am from the hotel and 9:30pm to the hotel. Also no offer of breakfast for very early morning flyers. Receptionists not professional - kept guests waiting to check-in whilst they counted the takings and changed shifts. Felt like a supermarket. Would not recommend 1st (ground) floor room - ours smelt very damp and we were offered air freshener as a solution. Convinced them to exchange our room only for the second one to smell of stale smoke. We were only there overnight so gave up pursuing anything further.

When we got in the bed, my husband noticed a dirty spot (looked like feces) It was After 11 pm so he pushed it aside and used the bedspread. Should not have happened! Yuck!
