"A fantastic warm welcome. Beautiful room with everything we needed. The care put into the room was evident in all the personal details that ensured a comfortable stay. Bed soft and linen gorgeous. Horsey paintings added to the ambience as racehorses trotted by the window! Soothing and relaxing! Breakfast was the best ever in a b n b. Hostess Sharon made us feel like friends. Our dog loved it too!"

"3 adults staying for a short break. Comfy beds, everything we needed (dishwasher would have been great but no idea where it could have fitted in). It’s a compact cottage but we didn’t feel we were getting in easy other’s way. The location was so good as we looked out over the castle and it was only a short walk to several good pubs -we had an excellent Sunday lunch at The Tack Room and staff were so friendly -plus great beer-in the Richard 111 pub. Loved watching the horses going past on their way to and from the gallops. Lots of lovely walking done as the weather was kind to us. We would stay here again without a doubt."

"Lovely stay, staff are so welcoming and can not do enough for you. It has a very 'horsey' theme throughout which is cute. We had a meal on the first evening and the homemade pie was gorgeous. Breakfast was average, and nothing much for vegetarians. Lovely location. We would definitely stay again. "
