Worst experience at a Hilton property
We got the wrong room at check in and we were told that the room we booked was unavailable. We settled in to this room and they reached out to us that the room we booked is now available so we packed up and moved to this new room. We found out that the tv in the living room was faulty, the screen was very dark so we reached out to the front office who stated an engineer would be over. NO ONE SHOWED UP. We needed extra bedding for the pullout chair and the staff member brought it. We asked him about the engineer and the tv. He said to speak with the supervisor in the morning but he was shocked we got this room because the tv issue has been ongoing. We spoke with the supervisor the next day, Jordan, pleasant supervisor, who apologized and confirmed an engineer would be there to fix it. On our way back from sightseeing Jordan informed us that the issue could not be fixed and he would like to offer us a new room. Out 3rd move in 24 hours. We took the new room and the same tv in the living room was not working. At this point I was ready to go home. The engineer came and fixed it. We decided to watch Sunday football in the bedroom and lo and behold the tv started going blank, we had to cut it off and on and it would stay on for a little bit and go blank again. In frustration I went to bed. I will never stay in the property again. At breakfast they ran out of food, ran out of silverware and gave us plastic silverware. At happy hour they had no paper towels, NONE. Worst experience

Hotel was modern, clean, and very nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was nice. However, breakfast the 1st morning was picked over and not replenished. Kids were barely able to find anything to eat. Also no silverware or bowls. Staff wasn’t helpful about it. 2nd morning, we went very early and it was perfect. Both nights a family with small children was above us running around until midnight and then again at 6am. It was hard to sleep. Front desk never answered our calls.

I had my truck broken into. A gentleman that supposedly was securing the parking lot stated that I needed to notify the front desk. When I told the staff at the front, they stated that the surveillance wouldn't be able to be retrieved due to it being processed and the person in charge was not there. Apparently, this happens all the time. Rooms were stained and have a smell. If you're staying longer than a night housekeeping has to be requested multiple times and only comes and gives you towels. You leave all the trash outside of your room.

This hotel is well located, we arrived at 4 in the morning and the front desk team were super super helpful and friendly There are many shops and places to eat around and you can walk to get there But the hotel lacks of maintenance, the televisions do not turn on, the safes do not work, the bathrooms were not so clean The good thing is that whenever you called to have something wrong fixed, in two seconds it was someone there to fixed it for you, so the customer service was very good Breakfast was really good Although they were always running out off cup, silverware, and many other things. But we have a good experience overall because the staff was always looking for a solution to help you
