Room was clean. Check in, we had to wait 3 hours before getting our room but we were before 3pm. Check in lady never smiled. Restaurant was okay, service was okay. Bartender was the only smile we got while there. Area was not very good, but we found restaurants and a castle to visit not far away. 15 minutes drive to airport. Good for the price and location if you need to be by the airport.

Wonderful hotel! My room is extremely comfortable. I have been in Italy for two weeks and I had the best night sleep ever. Their pizza is amazing too. Very nice breakfast buffet. Recommend staying here. It’s a 10 to 15 minute ride to the airport.

A lot of issues with this property- starting with the’shuttle service. Never arrived to pick us up at the airport, and wouldn’t provide a ride to the airport (cost us 90 EU for the taxis). As the cost of transportation might indicate, this property is pretty far from Malpensa Airport. The hits just kept on coming- mold in the shower stall, hair dryer didn’t work, shower went from warm to scalding and back to warm. Staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Long standing reservation cancelled.
I booked this hotel stay through Hotels.com on June 5, 2024. The day before my reservation I got an email from hotels.com saying the hotel could not honor the reservation. I tried to call the hotel to confirm this and was told they desk was too busy to help me. This was the start of a nightmare experience. Hotels.com told me they weren't sure but thought the hotel had most likely overbooked itself. After 2.5 hours on the phone they found a very sub par hotel and made it sound like it was more expensive, it was not. I am trying to get compensation from hotels.com. If the hotel can provide any information on this situation I would be greatful.

Bad Night At Wyndham Milan
We arrived early and had to wait til 2pm to check it once a room was available. We went to the room and it was cold. We increased the thermostat temp and waited for the room to warm up. IT DID NOT. Finally after 3 hours we called the front desk. They said they would change at the desk to a higher temp and we waited. It did not get warmer. They sent a person who knew nothing and then then decided that they would give us a couple of additional blankets to sleep with that night. Never mind that the bathroom was cold and we had to take showers before travel the next day. We went down to the front desk and the manager proceeded to tell us that they were over booked by Hotels.com and could do NOTHING to assist us, but refused to refund our money.

The front desk staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. We were 13 minutes early for check-in and they ignored my efforts to get their attention away from their phones, then turned me away to "allow time for the housekeepers to clean the room." No problem.... I am fine with rules, even strict ones. However, 15 seconds later they helped a large group check in who came in after us. Seriously?! Not a great way to treat people when you're in the hospitality industry. Yasmine ended up helping us check in and she was delightful and helpful. The other two, whose names I couldn't see but it was a man and a woman, give the hotel a bad name.

You do not have to walk too far to get to a great bar/café. Also there are wonderful restaurants in the old town that is not even a 20 minute walk. Easy stay from the airport with the shuttle. Do yourself a favor and walk into town!

We didn’t have a working air conditioner in our room. They sent someone in to take a look and all he could say is yes, sorry the A/c isn’t working. They would not offer me a different room. We were sweating through the night (July summer) and didn’t get a restful sleep at all.
