Fantastic location but noisy
Location is perfect - 15 minutes walk from Milano Centrale station, 15 minutes walk from the central square, and directly outside Lima Metro station to the Duomo. The downside is that the trains rumble under the hotel and the traffic outside was constant. We were on the first floor - it is probably better higher up. The pool area is really lovely- small but Romanesque, with a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna etc. Ask at reception for complimentary robe and slippers. Use towels from your room. Room was a twin and was fine. Lovely bathroom and range of complimentary toiletries including conditioner. Breakfast was quite varied, and nice coffee. Restaurant on the sixth floor with the sun pouring in was a nice way to start the day.

Loved the sauna and steam and the spa area. Loved the rooftop area. I think the shower needs to be safer. The shower pan was very slippery

Hotel is on top of the Lima stop which makes it super accessible to all parts of the city and a short, safe walk to the hotel at night. Breakfast and rooftop area were amazing. Rooms were quiet.

My daughter and I spent three nights at the hotel. Our twin room was large and on ground floor, it had a kettle and coffee machine which made lovely coffee. It looked out onto inner cout yard, which we could access via a bedroom door. But door looked onto aluminium stair case for upper floors to access court yard, we kept the curtains closed, but know one used the stairs or courtyard. Breakfast food quality was excellent, full range of food. The spa is smallish, but the sauna and steam room were excellent and we used every evening after a day sightseeing. There is a nice lounge area with bar off the lobby and a terrace on the roof with cocktail bar, which was nice to have a drink. Hotel is 10min walk to train station, we went up to lake Como for a full day Italian trains are cheap and frequent, and a 25 mins walk to Duomo. Would definitely use this hotel again.
