"Scott was wonderful to communicate with. Views were breathtaking! Home was clean and the loft had plenty of space for teens. We used the multiple kayaks from sun up to sun down! There were bikes, but we didn’t need to use them. Absolutely loved our stay and would love to go back. I did make a few suggestions of things to add in the kitchen, but totally based on my desires. We made due just fine! No complaints "

The walk to the beach is very short and convenient while we were also able to use kayaks on the adjacent bay side. The host accommodated us with our schedule and was very responsive. "Short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise and go back and watch the sun set over the bay. Baja restaurant is a stones throw away you can walk there for dinner.Its quiet the wildlife is great to watch you’re right on the water. It’s adorable inside everything you need. The owner was wonderful available for your needs any time! Definitely going back!"

"Could not gush more over this spot. The community was not only even more picturesque than the pictures suggest, but everyone there was super friendly. The sandpiper beach across the street was comfortably walkable and had almost the feel of a private beach as it was very empty, so I was able to take my dogs there in the evening. The home is beautifully furnished and boasts a tremendous amount of detail, from plenty of basic comforts to labeled drawers, to games and towels and beach chairs and more. Already my friends and I have recommended this little gem to many friends and family. A little tight for 3+ people, but especially for a couples getaway (and doubly so if bringing pups), it would be hard to beat even at a considerably higher price point."
