Clean and spacious room. Although there is a subway exit particularly for this hotel, you need to walk about 20 stairs. So it’s inconvenient with luggages. I can’t sit in front of the mirror because there’s a 2-drawer cabinet placed under the desk. The room is a little bit too dark. The elevator is too crowded most of the time. The dinner buffet is very disappointing. It provided no more than 10 variety of main dishes, fruit were pineapple, grapefruit and orange only. No sushi, crab, grapes. Meat were all dried.

Location is beyond fantastic. Metro in the basement along with tons of food choices both in the building, under the building, and around the building. Water pressure was great. Beds were cozy. Room size is typical for Japan. Bathroom a bit old in decoration but immaculately clean. Staff were many and always friendly and helpful. Cabs are always waiting downstairs as an alternative to walking or the metro.

The front desk lady was super helpful. Very happy with our room. Excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety of food to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Osaka.
