Pretty unclear about breakfast buffet and bit of a challenge for some to find spa entrance. People at the desk very kind and helpful as well. It is quite far away from everything as I booked it thinking I would have rental car. Price for value and room was excellent. Thank you.

It was pretty cool to have a breakfast buffet at the hotel. My 14 years old and 11 years old daughters got to tried different type of japanese food. I enjoyed the spa. They were nice size and different style hot tubs.

The staff were helpful and courteous. Even though the hotel is located far from the center of the city, public transportation is available. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot springs.

Convenient and Affordable South Sapporo Venue
Wonderful service and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with broad variety, but some dishes could have been served warmer. Hotel room temperature was too warm and could not be adjusted cooler. Onsen rules did not allow me to enter due to my having large tattoos.

Nice hotel and lots of parking space. We had rented a car so it was nice to have free parking available. Room overall was clean, one of the sheets had a small stain but nothing major. Pillows could have been better though. Staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. They have a convenience store nearby which was great. There is also a small shop inside the store but selection was limited. Overall we had a good stay & great value for the price.

Get with the World Program !!
I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and paid in advance. Enjoyed the facilities and location and the solitude. However on my last morning there after 6 nights of business given to the hotel I needed an extra hour in the room from 11 am until noon. I asked the front desk if I could stay an extra hour in the room as my ride would not be there for one hour. a free hour or two is pretty customary on a lengthy stay at hotels everywhere. To my atonishment the clerk whipped out the calculator and debit machine and told me it would be 1000 Yen per hour, no ifs, and or buts. I couldn't believe they would stiff me for a single houre after I stayed there for 6 nights. They definitely need a course in public relations !!! Definietely left a bad taste all around after a great week !!
