It was pet friendly! Staff was great and the check in/check out process was super easy. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! It’s been a long time since we’ve been blown away from a staff member when we went down for breakfast. He saw that out hands were full, plus we were holding our dog too. So we went out of his way and got us a tray! And even made us some pancakes without asking. We didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that was working that shift. But he was awesome and really stood out to us. We got better service at this hotel’s free breakfast than most restaurants we’ve been to. Highly recommend! Plus there’s restaurants right infront of the hotel for dining options! & Walmart which was a 5 min walk incase u needed anything. Would 10/10 come back to this hotel next time we visit Kelowna
