It wasn't as clean as expected for the price. The hotel is in desperate need of upgrades and repairs. The jacuzzi tub was very unappealing and had hair in it so we did not use it.

The breakfast was amazing. The fan in our bathroom didn't work which was frustrating after a shower and the housekeeper didn't leave us clean towels after taking our dirty ones. But other than that our stay was great for the price. We'll be coming next time

This is one of our favorite properties to stay in when we come to Chanhassen. It is located close to many of the places we visit--especially the dinner theater. We have always had nice rooms when we stay. This time the room we stayed in was clean, but did have a musty smell. We did not bring it to the attention of the staff, but we will probably request to not be on the ground floor in the future. The breakfast offering is pretty much the typical hotel fare. The food is appetizing, and worth eating. We are looking forward to our return in November..

Very nice property and professional and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and room. We stayed in an “accessible” room. Be aware it is hard to keep the water inside the stall-the floor outside the stall can get very wet.
