Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Refrigerator was a good size. We did enjoy our stay, spent 9 nights there. If possible in the future will try to stay in a BW Plus.

We just returned home to Florida after staying here for a 5 day visit to MN for a family reunion. Although we were only at the hotel to sleep each night, we found our room and beds comfortable. Parking is very convenient; they have parking in both the front and back of the building. It's located in an area with plenty of shopping and dining options. It's also conveniently located off major highways in the area, which made getting around the Twin Cities area pretty easy. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Shoreview Best Western very much. It was quiet for sleeping, used the exercise facility, good selection of choices at breakfast, and comfortable beds. I liked the coffee machine available 24 hours.

Our toilet tank wasnt seated correctly, a piece of wood was holding it up against the wall. And when we flushed the toilet it went very slow and some times it did not flush completely. Maintenance did come in and tired setting the tank but piece of wood was still there. And it still flushed very slow.

We were on the first floor and it seemed a bit dark and older. The room had a definite smell- not terrible but not pleasant. Overall it was fine but not exactly what I expected.

Back to the Future 1990
This place is old and dated. Toilet didn't work, would not flush even water. Called front desk and reported, nobody ever came. We had adjoining rooms so we just used toilet in one room. Rooms are dark and dingy, small tv’s by today’s standards. Overall room and fixtures are worn and not updated. Everything felt 1990 except carpet in hallways was new and nice.
