We waited over an hour for the shuttle because they told me to wait in the wrong area and then proceeded to cause confusion. Other than that it was average I guess. They ended up giving us a shuttle ride immediately to the airport when requested I will say but overall had a bad experience

Clean, convenient place to stay. They have a shuttle to the mall but easily walkable in 10 min. Nice dining & small bar areas to unwind after shopping.

The location of this property is very good. Close to the MoA, IKEA and tram stations. The reason for the poor rating is the $10 per day parking fee - have not had to pay this at other hotels in the vicinity. Also, rooms are only cleaned every other day, so if you want fresh towels or paper products, you have to hunt these down yourself. Room had thick layer of dust and the floors were filthy. No safety deposit box in any of the rooms, which is not ideal but not the reason for the rating. Staff at the front desk were hit and miss. Some were friendly and helpful. Others seemed like you were inconveniencing them and not so pleasant to deal with. Won’t be staying at this hotel going forward and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Very lovely place. Staff were attentive, professional and pleasant. Totally took advantage of the shuttle service to & from the mall and airport. My bed was comfy and the area surrounding my room was quiet. I slept well and that’s important to me. I would stay here again for sure.

The property was quite nice. I was very impressed the next morning to see the manager having a motivational meeting for the housekeeping staff. He was trulyy appreciative. However, the shuttle to the airport was great but the shuttle trip back was not. We waited an hour for them to show up at the airport after calling them. Others were there already waiting. I called at the baggage claim but was curtly told not to call until we had our bags and were standing at the shuttle pickup area. By the time we got to our cars it had taken almost as long as our flight lasted from Nashville! Not likely I will be using this property again.
