Room we booked was not available.
We were happy with our stay, in regard to service, comfort, cleanliness. The only negative issue was that the room we reserved/booked and paid in advance was not available when we checked in. It was a suite with a king size bed and handicapped accessible. They first put us in a suite but it was not handicapped accessible. Talked to the front desk and were offered a handicapped room with two queen size beds but it was not a suite. The front desk did give us coupons for a free breakfast and $15 off dinner, which was nice. We paid in advance, over $300 a night for 3 nights. When we checked out I asked about the price difference between the room we booked and paid for and the room we actually got. I was told since we booked it through Expedia I would have to contact them. Expedia did follow-up but were told by the hotel management there would be no refund on the difference in price in the rooms. Not sure of the exact price difference but I'm guessing it was $50 to $100 a night.

The hotel was very nice and the location was extremely convenient. Target Field, Target Canter, and US Bank Stadium were all within walking distance in addition to restaurants and various amenities. The staff were very friendly and helped with whatever we needed.

The room itself was okay. Sticky (like candy sticky) drawers with crumbs. Window looked out onto some kind of indoor shaft, so room was always dark. Shower only a dribble. Absolutely no housekeeping the entire time we were there. Had to ask for towels and coffee and cups at front desk. Reggie at front desk was helpful with a couple of requests we had (not room related). Interactive kiosk for area was useless

Good hotel. if you need room cleaning during the stay, you need to let them know or put a towel at door. Downtown area won’t make you feel safe. Light rail is convenient but unsafe

There isn’t any room service and the staff on the phone was just so unprofessional. Face to face they were great, however, I had a few questions after I checked into my room and the woman who answered the phone was just so short with me and rude. It’s good for a budget traveler but if you’re used to good service then this place isn’t for you.
