This hotel has a nice restaurant downstairs with many choices. The downside. They don’t own their own parking and the parking ramp runs a scam. I entered after 5pm (11pm to be exact) to get the discounted rate. Well that rate resets at 5am and then they start charging by the hour. I ended up having to pay $41 to get out of the ramp for an overnight stay. Never again.

Food and beverages were excellent and often locally sourced and creatively prepared and served. Room was quiet, comfortable and spacious with nice desk space that was well lighted and large screen TV with many watch options. Underground parking was convenient. Location of hotel is in the heart of downtown.

Great hotel in downtown Minneapolis. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We enjoyed the hotel, bar next door. Area however isn't spectacular, Downtown Minneapolis will be fine for 2-3 days, not longer, especially during winter months.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel I was at my room at morning and someone come to my room I scared and get panic attack because I don’t if he want to kill me or what I really don’t know what kind of hotel or management is this I don’t recommend anybody to go there because it’s not safe at all I call the 911 but they said you need to complain to the manager and I did but they are careless

Great downtown location-it was nice to be able to take the skywalk to the Target Center and it was just a short walk. Parking wasn't included but the garage was nice and close. Hotel was overall nice, room itself was ok-bathroom/shower could have been cleaner.

We love Royal Sonesta. It is clean, comfortable, conveniently located to all the places we like to go. It's got a great gym as well! Parking is a bit spendy but it is directly below the hotel and super convenient.
