First of all, the staff was extremely unprofessional and couldn't provide ANY useful information, specifically regarding parking. There is no dedicated parking area and the staff didn’t have information on where we could park. They ran out of wash clothes! There is no ice machine! There was no microwaves in the room. Breakfast looked like they just went to the nearest convenience store and purchased some breakfast sandwiches ( which was cold and could not be warmed up because there was no microwave) and yogurt. There were no vending machines that was accessible to guess but there was one in the employee area. They did sell bottles of water for $3 a bottle (not even the "good" water S*m's version) I did ask to speak to the manager, however, he was in a meeting and they said he would call me back. I never received a phone call and we were there for 2 nights.

Run Down Hotel
If you’re looking for a cheapish hotel that’s run down, this is your place. The vent cover was missing, the desk was covered with missing paint chips and the chrome by the fridge was broken. The shower was covered in mold too. Won’t be going back.

Overall we had a decent experience. We stayed 5 nights based on the reviews and location... We notified the desk of items one and two; they were not fixed. 1. the safe was broken. 2. a piece of trim on the refrigerator cabinet was broken and had a hazardous rough edge. 3. the breakfast offerings were good but several items we had the first three days were not available on days 4/5. 4. on oct 17 we arrived at 8:30 pm because our train was delayed and the front door was open/ unlocked. for the remainder of the stay, the front door was locked during the day. Not sure what that meant but perhaps the safety level changed. That did not give me a good feeling. Please note that I did not feel unsafe while inside the hotel.

Awesome staff, shabby room
I was so excited for this hotel, but my room fell short of expectations. I stayed in a Queen room for 2 nights, and everything was just kind of shabby. The desk unit was chipped and scratched, both the toilet paper holder and a utility panel were loose. The mini fridge would not stay cold and a panel fell off every time you open it. In the bath, there was only one full sized towel and no washcloths. The fan did not work, and there were spots of mold starting in the grout of the shower. No towel bars, just a hook. It was so strange. Some of the amenities advertised, like an Illy coffee maker and Frette bathrobes were replaced with generic swaps. Given the condition of the room, I probably should have just asked to switch, but I didn't, so that is on me. I am sure they would have taken care of the issue immediately. The reception staff there was top tier and so friendly. The area is pretty convenient, and walkable. I walked around the area in the day and night, took public transit all over and never felt unsafe. I went into it knowing that the unhoused folks that hang out at the nearby bus stop would be loud at night, and they were, but the white noise machine took care of the issue. So, I guess don't book the cheap room. I am sure the others were in better condition - my colleague was in a different room and hers looked just like the listing. The hotel itself is pretty cool and the courtyard is an incredible place to hang out. I would likely stay there again.

No tissue, no water, no toothpaste. Rude staff. Place is not maintained at all. Bathroom wall had a hole. In-room refrigerator is super loud. I can hear people talking from the next room.
