Arrived at my location and my shower was already clogged from the previous guest's hair. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and quick to unclog my drain.

When I'm in Berlin, I always stay at this wonderful Hilton on Gendarmenmarkt. The staff are responsive and helpful, our room had a gorgeous view, and the pool and sauna area are such a wonderful relief after a long day of sightseeing. I also want to highlight the staff for finding an item I left behind and promptly mailing it back to me. Thanks to Hassan in housekeeping!
