Lovely hotel. Very clean with cool vibes. Both the lounge and restaurant were very trendy and the food was good. A great place to take a date even if you don't stay here. Food and particularly the drinks were on the pricier side but it does feel like a special place.

The renovation of the hotel is beautiful. Overall the customer service was very good. There were a couple of front desk female representative that were not at all friendly. The bathroom was extremely for two people. It's the smallest bed I've seen in a hotel room. We were practically shoulder to shoulder when we both tried to use the mirror. One thing we found odd and frustrating was that there were no pant/skirt hangers available. We asked and were told that hotel did not have these hangers available. The only hangers available were thin fabric covered wire hangers. One last, unsettling situation - we saw a roach in our room the morning of our check-out. Overall our stay was pleasant, comfortable and the majority of staff were helpful and accomodating.
