Excellent Hotel, loved how spacious and organic it all feels, it truly is a “village” rooms are big and really comfortable, the restaurant is amazing and staff is superbly helpful and friendly, if I could just raise one complaint it would be, its not as close to the really great beaches like other properties, and you need to walk a mile or so, which is not terrible, also the pool is not friendly for people with handicaps, or old persons. outside of that is probably the best place to stay in the isle

Muy lindo hotel. Excelente atencion. Vitaly y Ronelly excelentes. Desafortunadamente nos toco el ultimo edificio del complejo, que tenia la caminata mas larga, sin embargo la habitacion excelente (lo unico que le hacia falta era un closet mas amplio). La piscina genial, los desayunos increibles, las chicas del desayuno muy amables.

Overall it is ok for short stay the view is good.
It has a great location little bit way from the noise area, beautiful green maitened garden with lovely flowers and opposite of a lovely beach. The room was clean but, very basic. The shower was not very strong at a point we had to complain and they sent someone to fix, but not much difference. The fridge in the room was also broken. Breakfast in the morning covered with fliers, which put me off to eat . I suggest they should cover with a thin cover.

O Hotel é muito lindo e os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Porém, tem pequenos pontos, que foram ruins. Fiquei em um quarto muito distante da recepção. Tem uma obra na região, que faz muito barulho. Felizmente, evitaram trabalhar no final de semana. O que mais me desagradou foi a limpeza nos quartos. Fui para a praia e voltei às 15:30 hs. O quarto não estava limpo. Solicitei novamente e só foram limpar as 17:30 hs(!!!!!) após muita insistência

Fujam! Não deixem o Village estragar seu passeio.
Vamos para Morro há anos e dessa vez resolvemos dar uma chance ao Village: engano terrível. Apesar de os quartos terem sido reformados, nos hospedaríamos melhor pelo mesmo valor em outros lugares. De saída, fomos destratados por uma das recepcionistas - situação contornada pelo funcionário Jederson e amenizada pela simpatia da Luana e da Celeste que nos atenderam todas as vezes com um sorriso. A área da piscina estava largada e pouco convidativa, com aspecto de abandono. No café da manhã, tudo tem carne ou presunto no meio, sobram poucas opções para os vegetarianos. Por dois dias seguidos deixaram de arrumar nosso quarto - no primeiro relevamos, mas no segundo foi incompreensível, pois encontramos a camareira no corredor pela manhã e a avisamos pessoalmente. Nos dois últimos dias, desligaram a água do nosso apartamento sem avisar antes. Saí para jantar sem tomar banho e quando voltamos, às 22h, ainda não havia água fria. De quebra, fomos acordados pelo funcionário entrando e saindo do forro. Para coroar, havia uma barata morta ao lado das mesas no salão de café, avisei a funcionária e ela não recolheu. O gerente deu-nos "brindes", bugigangas que nem de longe amenizaram os transtornos. Pagamos caro para nos aborrecer.

Os funcionários são espetaculares
Hotel espetacular!! Área verde toda com paisagismo, quartos muito confortáveis, próximo a ótimos restaurantes e os funcionários são de uma educação e presteza que eu nunca vi em nenhum outro hotel! Em especial quero agradecer ao Jaderson que nos recebeu com muita simpatia, a Lene que fazia umas tapiocas maravilhosas e aos garçons Marlon e Martin sempre muito prestativos e atenciosos comigo e com minha família! Hotel incrivel. Super silencioso e agradavel. Funcionarios muito educados e atenciosos. Infraestrutura muito boa. Quartos e banheiros bem limpos. Hotel tem boa variedade de quartos. Cafe da manhã excepcional, possivelmente o melhor que ja vi. Muito bom para familia com crianca, apesar de nao ter espaço kids, mas tem muito gramado e natureza para as criancas explorarem. Praia em frente ao hotel nao é propria para bamho por ter muitas rochas, mas fica ha uns 300m de caminhada para a praia 2 ou 3. Morro é pequena e tudo fica perto. Recomendamos muito o hotel.

Melhor estadia das nossas vidas.
Essa viagem foi uma comemoração de lua de mel, eu e minha esposa tivemos uma experiência incrível. O hotel fica na terceira praia que é uma área mais calma e arborizada, vista de frente para o mar com restaurante, espreguiçadeiras, tem piscina, área para massagem (o qual pode ser contratado a parte pelo hotel). O café da manhã é divino, uma quantidade grande de frutas, salgados, doces, alem de diariamente variarem entre ovos mexidos, salsicha, carne seca, calabresa e outras proteínas quentes, além disso, sucos, água, café, capuccino e uma atendente fazendo tapioca, crepioca ou omelete com qualquer ingrediente que queira, todos com um sorriso no rosto e muita educação. Pegamos um quarto luxo (com hidro) e paguei o adicional Master onde recebemos decoração de rosas, Chandon, um bolo de chocolate delicioso além de outros mimos como uma cesta de frutas, café e demais. A hidro estava perfeita, shampoo e sabonete líquido em grande quantidade e a TV é smartv com acesso aos canais abertos (conseguimos logar na Netflix, Spotify, prime vídeo, etc). A recepção lhe recebe com água gelada (normal e saborizada) além de uma toalha gelada, coordenam tudo desde os passeios com guias confiáveis e preço justo até pequenas dificuldades que tivemos que foram rapidamente resolvidos com cordialidade e agilidade. Foi a melhor experiência da nossa vida, recomendamos a todos e damos os parabéns a todos os funcionários que fazem acontecer, aos Donos, parabéns também, aceitamos estadias no futuro haha.

Reservei dois quartos. Na minha reserva, havia a informação de upgrade gratuito. O atendente do check-in me informou que o quarto que me alocaria já estava com upgrade. No entanto, claramente me foram oferecidos os quartos mais antigos e piores do hotel, que ficavam longe e ao lado de uma parte em obras. Ou seja, não houve upgrade. Seria melhor o atendente ter sido sincero e informado que não seria possível oferecer o upgrade. Me senti enganado e decepcionado. Móveis do restaurante extremamente velhos. O hotel passa por um período de investimento em novos quartos mas está descuidando desse detalhe. Oferece boas opções para o café da manhã, com funcionários muito dedicados, mas o ambiente velho acaba por oferecer uma experiência não agradável.
