I ended up renting a car once I realized how far it was from the Cairns Marlin Marina. The property did not have an elevator make sure you can carry you bags the 3 plus flights Palm Cove is quaint. "It felt like a home away from home. My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath unit with a full kitchen, in unit laundry, and living room. We had everything we needed for our 1 week stay. There is also parking right under the building which is so convenient, especially if it's raining. The grounds are well kept and the pool is the perfect size, with ample shade available all around the pool. There are also daily dinner time visits from kangaroos and wallabys looking for some fresh grass to eat. We could see the ocean from our interior, pool view, location and the beach was a 1 minute, if that walk away. The local bars and restaurants are all exceptional and well.worth a visit. I highly recommend this location and all it has to offer. "
