Clean and convenient location
Clean place and close to old town and train station. There are lots of Mediterranean restaurants nearby, kids go to Pizza Hut. Bang for the bucks!

Customer service is great! The staff at the reception were so helpful and accomodating. Room was big and had lots of shelves and table. Room was cleaned daily. Downside: wifi which is quite slow Especially at night. The streets leading to the hotel is a bit scary esp at night.

Hotel has everything you need. Clean. Good wifi. Great location to train station and short walk into central Munich. Staff was excellent. Reception open 24 hours a day. I had a minor issue at 5 am waiting for an airport transfer and the guy that was at reception was so helpful and accomodating.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. One of our 3 rooms did not have hot water or water pressure on our first morning there but it was corrected before we got back from sightseeing. It was in walking distance of city center which was great.

Perfect location of you want to be walking distance from everytying, but on a more limited budget. You really couldn't ask for a better hotel at this price. The rooms are clean, if a little dated. But again, for the price it's perfectly adequate. Nice shower, decent towels. The staff are friendly, check in/out was simple and they are available 24/7. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is situated in what some might consider a slightly rough area. It's not, in my opinion, but I can see why others might think so if they're not used to city life. There is unfortunately the odd drunk about in the streets and a bit of a mess in the morning, but that's par for the course in what is a bustling and lively area of a large and vibrant city. We never ever felt unsafe, even arriving late at night. Munich is a safe city, just take the usual precautions.

Oktoberfest Stay
We visited for Oktoberfest and had a fantastic stay. Location is perfect just a short walk from the grounds and staff made us feel very comfortable and safe throughout the stay. Room was a little dated, but comparable to other rooms we’ve stayed in in Europe
