It is conveniently located next to the Munich Hbf. It is a great hotel with an amazing breakfast and friendly staff. We are definitely staying here again.

Great hotel! We enjoyed our stay for the Christmas markets. Located directly across the street from the main train station. Breakfast was amazing! We ate dinner at the hotel on Christmas Eve. It was delicious! Loved how the rooms are decorated. Beds were super comfy.

The single room was very tiny. The staff was amazing and very helpful for giving directions for sites to see around the property. Can’t wait to come back and stay there again but in a bigger room.

The rooms are so small and they didn’t put everything in the room per the description. No kettle, tea, coffee, slippers. Had to ask for everything and when they gave it it was like they were doing us a favour. No! I paid for it. The parking was convenient as its valet. Close to the old town.

Hotel was great, room we had was comfortable and quiet. We had breakfast included which was very good - bar was also excellent. Hotel was a 10 minute walk from the main Old Town with all the tourist attractions. It's also close to a metro station which we found very useful. Finally as per other comments if you take the inexpensive Lufthansa Transfer Bus from the Airport it drops you off literally outside the hotel. So easy. As others have mentioned the hotel is opposite the train station so the area is busy. However we did not feel unsafe in any way - just take the usual precautions you would in any busy city - don't make yourself an obvious target.

Amazing hotel at the most central area, great to reach on foot several go-to places. At night indeed it might not feel very safe to go out, but other than that, a great stay, very good breakfast, the reception staff was exceptional, kind and helpful and the room was in great condition! Clean, very well designed, comfy and warm. Definitely will stay again!

As a solo female traveler, safety is my biggest concern. I feel like this hotel is safe and the staff is super kind. The one thing is that they do not have the peephole. The hotel is super close to the train station, tram and super market. It about 10-15 minutes walk to the Marienplatz.

A few nights away from Texas
My daughter and I had a very nice stay at Eden Hotel. We got two rooms which had a twin bed in each room. There are plenty of places close by to get food, coffee, snacks, etc. The bar is very nice and cozy. The restaurant seemed a little overpriced but that’s typical of a hotel restaurant.

Excellent location across from main train station, two doors down from the Lufthansa shuttle bus stop, two blocks from key tour companies and a 15 minute walk to center square in Munich (Marianplatz). Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet is excellent (if you get it at a discount) and rooms are kept clean. Not luxury, but very charming. Area around the hotel and train station may seem a little rough late at night, but I had no problems. A great value for all that you get for your money.
