Great property, all the staff were so pleasant. Even walking to the garage , almost daily I encountered someone from the Hilton staff walking to or from, they always stopped to hold the door for me since I’m always pushing a big stroller. The bartenders were very nice even with my little ones and the pool area was clean and fun. Big bonus for the kids activity center. I honestly thought I’d never use it but I ended up daily using it for 30 min or so to wind down the kids before bed. I honestly could not think of staying anywhere else now after going there. Big plus to was it’s right by the action. Again with kids the shorter walk is awesome!

The hotel was very nice, we stayed in one bed suite. It had a full kitchen and even full size washer and dryer. The resort also gives you complimentary access to a nearby water park and go kart racing track. It’s right on the beach and board walk. Tons of restaurants and arcades in walking distance.

upon check in the valet Missy was so kind. She greeted us with a smile and was extremely helpful. She recognized i was a disabled veteran and told Gabi who checked us in. Gabi who was also nice said that I was eligible for free valet parking. Gabi asked the reason for our visit and was very sympathetic when told her I was there for a funeral. Missy helped us to our room and conveyed words of comfort regarding the loss of our loved one. The older lady and the courtesy desk was very impersonal and short with us. The bartender at the restaurant was not kind at all. He barely acknowledge my husband, my mother, and I. When he did he was also very impersonal. My husband asked a question regarding a drink and he was very smug in his response. My husband requested a double with the second drink and again he was very smug in his response. "this is America you can have anything you as long as you pay for it" and laughed. Suggest getting a new bartender.
