2 nights couldn't be more different Good/Horrible
Stayed twice, once on the way into Fiji before going to resort and the second one our last nice out. Location wise best in Port Demarou Night one was incredible, upstairs room, large and comfortable, and the best bed I have slept on Second night, terrible. Downstairs room, very noisy, both from street and staff outside the door having long winded conversations. The worst was we could hear everything from upstairs, every time they moved a chair along the floor (and they seem to do it every 2 minutes up to 2am) and the beds were like sleeping on a rock. Partner actually has back pain now as a result. I would go back if I could guarantee an upstairs room

Nothing, we didn’t have best of the time at The Palms, first night at 12:30 am past midnight we had to change our room as the air con wasn’t working. The condition of the bath was so bad, very dirty. We had to keep calling asking for toiletries and towels

Our stay was for one night on the way to Plantation Island. The room was excellent and the staff allowed us to extend our checkout time with no issues. This meant that we were able to relax in the pool and have lunch prior to leaving. The ferry terminal was across the road and we were able to stock up with supplies at the shops prior to sailing.

Such a perfect spot if you're wanting to utilise Port Denarau and do a lot of day trips/tours. The rooms are very clean and lovely, the check-in was easy and very welcoming from the kind staff that worked there. We had noisey neighbours because their room was in our same walk way but you can't help that ! We'll definitely stay at the Palms again, it was 1-2min walk across theoad and you're at the port. !

3 days in Denarau
The hotel is perfectly located a 3 min walking distance from the marina. Our one bedroom suite was great for doing laundry, making a couple of meals. The on site restaurant was handy, the pool was lovely, and the staff were always really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Close to the Marina, only a few minutes walk, with all the shops, restaurants and bars. Very spacious apartments with all the facilities. Excellent value for Denarau - will come back and stay here again.

Great hotel located just near to the harbour with lots of shops and restaurants and the ferries to the different islands. Staff very friendly and helpful. On site cafe has good food and coffee. Some issues with plumbing in our room as the sink didnt drain well and the shower flooded the floor- prompt response from the hotel but didnt improve the issue. Overall a quiet, well located hotel especially if you are heading over to an island stay.
