"It is a new hotel. Room is clean and view outside the hotel is good. A weakness is the breakfast which is served at the restaurant at the lobby floor. Variety of food is not wide. No egg is served. Felt bored when having breakfast every morning. Taking breakfast outside the hotel is not convenient as it is quite around the property."

"Overall, my experience was delightful. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of your taxi-calling service. On the morning of my airport transfer, I reserved a buffer of 10-15 minutes, but to my surprise, the taxi arrived within minutes. This efficiency significantly reduced my stress and ensured I had ample time before my flight. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting Citadines again or some of the other outlets in the future!"
