The level of service, accommodation, and staff friendliness was absolutely incredible. Japan is the gold standard of customer service, and this hotel's service was even amazing by Japanese standards. My only knock on cleanliness was the dust in the bathroom exhaust fan and some black around the shower head and tub overflow drain area.
