Great stopover before we headed out to see Japan. Easy to get to from the airport, room was clean but a little dated. Not many of the staff spoke English but they were helpful. Only issue is not great food choices and the main restaurant was closed.

The staff on the shuttle bus to the airport and to Narita city were kind. Of course the hotel staff was also kind too. After a long flight, the Hotel Nikko Narita is the best place to take a break.

The room was very hot, but the temperature was centrally controlled. The hotel couldn’t lower it, so they suggested us to open the window. The window could only be opened slightly, and traffic and flight noise were loud. We couldn’t sleep at all due to the heat and noise.

Exception hotel. Convenient to Narita. Service was incredible - from the minute we arrived in the hotel shuttle bus, the bellman and front desk made it really easy. The 24/7 convenience store had everything we mneeded to eeee and we also loved the restaurant. Could not recommend this place more!

The property itself was okay. It was located close to the airport and I liked the free shuttle to the airport. I was not pleased that when I asked for a slightly later checkout, I was told that it could only be done by paying. This might be something that is commonly done in Japan but in the US, I’ve never been asked to pay for a later checkout (within reason as to the timing)

Just stayed for the night to be close to the airport. Handy to have the shuttle service for peace of mind. The property is a bit dated and could use a lift aesthetically. I stayed in a three beds room & each bed only have 1 pillow & the mattress is quite firm.
