"Two things stand out: 1, Romana, the yoga instructor and sound healer, is amazing. I took Yin/Tibetan sound bowls, slow flow, and abs/glutes and each session was amazing. She gives you all of herself, and her physical and spiritual approach is amazing. You do not come across people with her special energetic qualities often. On top of this, the yoga and massage hut is intimate, beautiful and magic. The other thing I loved was the rooms - comfy beds, great little decks, indoor and outdoor showers. I loved the feeling of the rooms. The food is very good too though the music can be a bit counter to the peaceful vibe. - it is nice that this resort and Ikal are right next to each other, to compliment each other. "
