Book a hotel near Nopalitos Lagoon, Chunyaxche

"Have stayed her several times…service has declined…we have stayed here and there sister hotel Nomade…a total of 5 times. It’s been 3 years since we visited. The service is NOT what is used to be. On top of that, I left a diamond ring in the room and messaged them to retrieve it..and they literally have ghosted me since they first responded. I told them exactly where I left it. I have reached out to the concierge another two times day, zero response. Unacceptable. The overall service isn’t what it used to be at all but the lack of responsiveness is really INSANE. I am happy to edit this review WHEN I get A RESPONSE and help with going ring back. We had an ocean front room and loved it. "

"My stay at Libelula was truly wonderful! The hotel is located in the most pristine part of the Tulum beach, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful. A real gem of a place, highly recommend ! "

"We went in the off season and most everything on the site was not usable. However, Elizabeth is great. This place has great potential for a big party. Would like to see this place during peak tourism season."
