"Excellent experience. Our preferred pool was the Edgewater. Ricky was our bartender who anticipated our drink orders and brought them to us. There are multiple events per day and with Aldo as the master of ceremonies, you are in for a good time. Aldo answered all of our questions and made several recommendations. That man deserves a raise. The beach has the best view and the water felt amazing. The resort is near a strip in Tulum with multiple bars and clubs as well as taco stands."

"Quite thoughtful upto the point with beach baksets in the room and yoga mat obviously the rest was as advertised too. Better value for money compared to the overpriced beach zone."

"The area felt very safe and walkable, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel was very chic, calm and we had a great time here. The plug in the bathroom didn’t work which was quite annoying as we couldn’t get ready in front of the mirror. Otherwise, great hotel! If you want to spend a lot of time in the hotel zone or at the beaches, maybe stay closer to the beach because we spent a crazy amount on taxi fees. Anyway, lovely hotel, safe area, and beautiful balcony! "
