Book luxury hotels in Tulum

"Have been coming back for 8 years now and simply love the ambience and the beautiful jungle the villas are nestled within. Throughout the 8 years many things changed - some for the better but also for the worse 1.) prices have increased a lot (which is probably due to the increasing popularity of Tulum and inflation) but at the same time amenities have decreased notably. Usual things you would expect from a hotel in this price range disappeared over the years e.g. slippers, speakers, nespresso machines in the Aire suites. Additionally, this year for the first time there is no more turndown service which used to be provided after your evening shower in the past years. 2.) service at the reception has increased, they now have a concierge service 3.) many activities have been added that can be booked by guests from BeTulum and Nomad 4.) Breakfast hasn’t changed much in options but is as delicious as always 5.) overall service is very friendly 6.) it seemed that they only use copal at night now (used to be in the morning as well) which is very sad if you enjoy the scent :) 7.) updated cocktail options, notably the Condesa As usual I’ve really enjoyed my stay and after 8 times I will probably still return…"
