This property was amazing! Everything about the area, the staff, the cleanliness, the rooms, the availability, the nature, the area around it, and much more. Only had one major issue! There was a staff member who looked like a security staff member because he had a black shirt on and not a tan shirt who sexually assaulted me. We were coming out of the room late at night. The hotel is very dark and quiet. No cameras, a lot of different turns and kind of scary in a sense due to having no light and having jungle like trees and things that cover most areas. this man came out of nowhere stating that he could help us find the front desk. He touched me inappropriately on my bottom half twice after being told that we were not interested. He became persistent and disrespectful by continually to physically touch me. I reported it to the front desk, but there was no way to identify who he was with no cameras and several different staff members and guest. So I do think some kind of safety precaution should be put in place. Maybe some cameras. No one should have to go through this as a guest. Unfortunately ruined my experience aside from the beauty that I experienced before.
