The location of this resort is beautiful. The beach was excellent. The food was good with lots of variety. Unfortunately, we stayed with the Spring Breakers and the noise was loud and obnoxious into the early morning hours. If it wasn't for the commotion of spring break the resort would have been great. We would definitely stay here again, just not during spring break.

So. The 1st floor is absolutely gorgeous. The floors where rooms are are dated. The rooms are dated too. Towels are a bit rough. Rooms aren’t all that great. Views are lovely from the room. They are quite bland. The buffets are okay. La Tosquanna was the best restaurant on the property. The beach is very short and you’ll either have ti grab someone to bring your chair down or you’ll have to do it yourself. Not a bad experience. Just adjust your expectations.

Hi, this was a bit disappointing. First, this was NOT Adults only. This was a family place, many crying babies and children. I have older but yet I have children of my own and wanted a trip with no babies and small kids. This was NOT the case. Not as nice of a facility as the pictures, my shower leaked all over the room and I slipped and fell. I did not report but should have..... Other than that, the staff and people were very nice, that was it. I will not be coming back to this hotel. I will try other places. Sorry and thanks.

We had amazing time at cancun. Love everything moment the resort. The staff was great.The entertainment was amazing. The food was okay, it wasn't bad but buffet style so you get bored of it. The bartenders, were amazing, you name they could make it. Will visit again

Italian restaurant was everything. Infiniti pools were amazing with the swim up bars. Ocean steps away from the pools. Amazing accommodations for birthdays, anniversaries, and even wedding proposals are all available at this resort. All inclusive convenience for sure.
