Room 404 had a large water spot in the middle of the room. Bed covers were dirty. Breakfast at 06:00 Eggs were cold. Potatoes did not cook all the way. Coffee machine was broke needed service. Roaches large and small present everywhere. Bathroom still had hair from previous guest on the floor and completely dusty. spiders and spider webs all around the air conditioner. Not happy at all and could not sleep. Hookers outside making advances and men trying to shake you down for cigarettes and money. Was a bad experience overall

Nice hotel

Our king room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We liked the citrus toiletries. There were many selections for breakfast, including delicious scrambled eggs and waffles. This hotel provided excellent value for the price.

Not all it is cracked up to be.

We were greatly disappointed in the location of the hotel and the fact it was not to the standard the internet made it out to be. It was deceiving. Would not stay again.

They have mold in the rooms and in ice machine.. room had that funky smell.. we didnt notice the mold right away or would have asked for a different room. Breakfast was good.. until my daughter seen a roach crawling up the wall.. the coffee machine in lobby was great, coffee was delicious. The pool area was clean, my son swam for awhile. We enjoyed the little area in by the pool & ate our dinner out there.. I hope they can clean up the area, lobby & gym and pool area nice.

The hotel is in a seedy area off a busy road, does not seem safe. The room itself was fine. The bed was awful, sloped to one side and with a large dip in the middle.The sheets felt like rough plastic, cheap, very uncomfortable. There's no phone in the room and no way to directly contact the front desk. There was no hair dryer in the room, I went to the desk, no one there. Waited 10 minutes, a woman came by, I asked for hair dryer. She disappeared, then came with one, when I went back to my room it did not work. I went back to front desk, asked for one that works, she insisted this one worked. I said it didn't. She said sorry, they have no supply of hair dryers. I suggested she get one from another room, first she said no vacant rooms to check. I said hotel did not appear full. She reluctantly said she could check other room. She went into 6 rooms and came out empty handed. I then asked a man who came out of his room if he had a hair dryer, he went in and produced a working one. After wasting an hour I then packed up and went to the elevator. The door opened to a sign saying caution, wet floor, the elevator was soaked with filthy looking water. I had to lug my bags down 4 flights of stairs. No one around to clean it The young people working in this place clearly have no ability to problem solve, and customer service is not part of their vocabulary. If there were some major problem, like a fire, I highly doubt any of the employees would have a clue what to do. Awful.

The moment you walked in smelly, musty, old. We got in late, my room was so bad however we had to stay the night as we were so tired we are seniors I have COPD so the mold smell and the musty smell was too much for me I went down to check out the next morning they said they would give me my money back it just charge me for the night you slept there hopefully that's true but I'm going to call everyone in anyone that I can so that they do not ruin Best Westerns shiny reputation

Pool was still open, place was clean, i common areas & rooms, parking lot was in good shape & clean. Hallways & rooms smelled a tad musty & the entertainment center the tv was on looked like it came from a yard sale. Beds were comfy too. Good place to stay
