Not happy that didn't have any hot water in the bathroom sink especially for price paid; water temp okay in shower. Especially want to get many compliments to Resa, the shuttle driver, he was beyond professional and amazing.

We had a great time at this hotel. Every night after leaving downtown we went to the bar and had a blast! Bartender was amazing and friendly! They let us check in a little early because we were coming in from a flight on 3 hours of sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

The best part of the hotel is the shuttle down by Broadway. The staff were wonderful, place was clean. Van driver could be a bit more friendly. Food at the bar could be a bit more edible. Keep the bar better supplied as it did not have more than one glass of Pinot Grigo. Otherwise, our room would be great, except for ghenoise outside. Yes we had a city view

Bed was definitely firm especially for a king suite but overall stay great location for out of towners and close to stadium tailgate and 10min walk from stadium staff were excellent!! And Only a 3min drive from Broadway St

1st time stay
Site is close to downtown/Broadway and they have a free shuttle to/from Broadway until 8:30pm! The location didn't make me feel safe to walk back to after 8:30 so we took a Lyft for $8. Beds were too firm for our taste. Staff and bartender Jordan were all excellent!

Nice stay with easy access to downtown Nashville.
In town for two days with our two daughters. Not much to in the area right by the hotel but easy drive to Broadway and getting around Nashville. Kids liked the pool. Nice to have free parking which is rare in Nashville.
