Angel was super friendly when we checked in and very informative. Our room was pretty clean and nice. Only negative was the bed was a little caved in and uncomfortable. Great water pressure with nice hot water in the shower. It was nice that there was breakfast and coffee in the mornings. The location is perfect for everywhere we decided to visit.

Wasn’t too bad of a stay, breakfast was underwhelming that doesn’t really matter to me. Staff was nice and welcoming to me. The outside could use a bit of work and cleaning but that’s not on the staff, that’s on management for not outsourcing some powerwashing. Also I brought back bedbugs.

The location is good, but the place was dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in. At breakfast the bread toaster is in the hallway, very poor presentation. and at night many homeless people pass by.

This hotel was nice but it looks more like a motel. Most of the workers only spoke Spanish so we had trouble communicating. When I needed my sheets changed the lady at the front desk literally handed them to me to put on myself, ive never had to change my own sheets at a hotel.

The room itself was ok, could have used a mirror in the actual room instead of only the bathroom. Lack of mirrors was very inconvenient when trying to get everyone ready for the day. Very noisy, could hear everything going on in the room next to us along with all the trash collecting trucks at midnight. Stayed for five days, four nights and was never offered housekeeping.

You get what you pay for
The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft and there were plenty of pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was dicey. It was my first time in Nashville. I think I’d pay more money next time for walkability to sites / restaurants. It is also very close to a major highway do you get that noise all night long. Some areas around the outside of the hotel property were in disrepair. I ate at the on-site bar one time. The food was decent and reasonably priced. For the price, it was what I expected.

There were many rooms empty but we were given a room right next to the store room, mechanical back in a dark corner. Not a big deal but would have been. Nice not to be stuck in the back when a bunch of rooms were empty.

The front desk clerk was amazing!
Angel, the front desk clerk was the sweetest person! She helped so much and was so kind and had such a positive and happy energy. I wish all desk clerks were just like her. The room was a bit dirty. But not the worst. Looks like it was rushed to clean. And the door didn’t seem to have any insulation around it. Parking situation was terrible.
