Angel the front desk agent was very sweet. I rated this hotel a 3 stars because I was there for 3 days and no one came to clean my room or gave me clean towels. Covid is over. What's their excuse?

Since they're low on staff, we had to request our rooms to be cleaned, which usually takes a day but the second time, we waited two days then a third day, and it still wasn't done, though we got a few things we needed. Great breakfast buffet. One of the staff members at the front desk didn't seem very helpful, like we were bothering him to ask for help. The computer in the lobby was nice. Some places there are coming apart and need repairs. The laundry was nice and handy, though they took quarters, which we had or a QR code, which doesn't work on our phones. The traffic in front of the hotel backs up every morning, making it hard to get out of there but we could walk down the hilly road to the Waffle House when the hotel lobby was too busy for breakfast.

This was a Motel, and not the Hotel that was advertised. When you park in front of the door to your room, and you enter from the parking lot, that is the definition of a motel. I was disappointed to finds this out upon arriving.

We had an overall good stay however we found what looked like a hair piece next to the bed, that was pretty gross. The bathroom was very clean with a nice shower!

This hotel felt very unsafe upon arrival and when I got to the room it was even worse. The locks on the door failed to latch and lock properly, it was very lose. It also did not look anything like the photos online. Ended up leaving - did not feel safe enough to stay

Clean and Convenient Hotel
I have a nice stay. Check in staff was very polite and efficient and had my key within minutes. Had a room on the first floor and it was very clean and spacious. I liked the LVP flooring rather than carpet. Bed was comfortable . Only weird thing was the bathroom exhaust vent in the wall just has cover and you can hear the neighboring room and see in with alittle effort.
