Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast server was fun and did a great job. The pool /hot tub being under construction was disappointing. Had a great time, we will be back to the Renaissance! The location is perfect for shopping and catching the nightlife within walking distance.

It was a decent room.. the price tag was definitely because of location. We loved being able to just walk most places we wanted to go. The smell of the hotel could be improved in the rooms, halls, elevators, etc.. it would be much more relaxing/inviting. Anyway, thanks for a couple good nights of sleep.
