This stay was a mixed bag. Got off to a bad start because we were unaware of construction on 2nd. Did not know how to access hotel or where to park. Once we connected with site employee all went well. Very friendly and accommodating staff here. Our room in this newly refurbished building was beautiful and nicely appointed. Great shower products. Comfy bed. Our first night was a bit noisy as people came back to hotel late at night and while we were sleeping there was a loud, clunky machinery noise coming through wall. Have no idea what that was. 2nd night was very quiet and no problems. Despite the long-term construction on 2nd, this was a great location and easy to get to where all the action was, without the street noise. They have a beautiful rooftop deck to enjoy the city views. Wish we knew more upfront, but we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Tips: bring ear plugs, enjoy the several breakfast spots right around the corner, be prepared to pay $40 a night for parking across the street. Enjoy all this fun part of town has to offer.

The hotel is very clean. It’s hard to find because there is construction on the street of the hotel. Now their fault. So everything is done on your phone because theirs is no desk. Entry to the hotel and room need codes to enter and get in your room. If you’re not tech savvy that would be a problem. On the other hand they have phone help to get through the process. The road around the property was being worked on which was a pain with baggage but once we got inside, the property was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was quiet, extremely clean and as close to broadway as you can get. We would absolutely stay here again. We had a river view with a little balcony. Loved it here ❤️

The hotel itself is okay. The surrounding area makes it undesirable to stay at. Construction is one thing, however, it is extremely dirty outside & smells bad as well. Maybe once construction is complete it will be a place we would feel comfortable recommending.

The property was great! We stayed Friday thru Monday, Labor Day weekend 2024. 2nd Ave is closed and under construction but they have the sidewalk area open for walking to where you need to go. The property staff is so nice and helpful for anything you need. The room was beautiful and clean! The bed, linens and pillows are extremely comfortable! The only complaint we had was the walls are not sound proof. At 3 & 4 am lots of loud girls partying and running down the hall. Heard a girl puking her guts out the last morning around 5am. The location is amazing! Only half a block from Broadway so you can park in the parking garage and just walk everywhere! We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay and easy walk to lower Broad. A bit of construction on the west side during the day but we could not hear it in our room. We used the roof top deck a couple times which was really nice for a break from the buzz of downtown. We had a bit of interaction with the staff and they were great and helpful. Highly recommended!
