We went for a concert at the cruise port pavilion and so the location was perfect. The hotel was very nice ,rooms clean ,friendly staff and nice pools and beach .

House keeping jobs were not up to par. Always missing items and I even saw one dirty towel dropped in room floor taken out from wash room. There were lizards (Ugly) in the room. Replenishment of coffee supplies were always incomplete. Breakfast on the last day had old potatoes served (may be from previous day) Breads were Not fresh and for $43 breakfast was not worth

My only gripe is with how I kept getting various charges throughout my stay. I was charged a fee before I got there and then once I arrived I was charged what I thought was resort and incidentals fees. Yesterday, I was charged a fee and today another fee that was because I wasn’t charged the proper amount when I checked in.

Beautiful Renovated Gem in Nassau
What a gorgeously renovated hidden gem in downtown Nassau. Spacious, clean rooms with stellar views of the Caribbean. Amazing private beach that allowed you to relax from the hubbub of downtown. Water activities as part of this beach, with a beach bar - what more could you ask for. Will absolutely come back the next time I’m in Nassau.
