From the perspective of "being able to stay with our pet dog", we thought it was excellent value for money. Although not brand new, parts of the room had recently been renewed with a stylish and practical feel. (琉球 tatami is a very unique and good idea.) Our dog loved the spacious room and places to go for a walk. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Front desk staff were always gracious and accomodating. I think will visit again. It is nice and quiet. And it is a good location from which to explore areas such as Minami Aizu, Tadami, etc. Thank you everyone for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Great location in the beautiful forests of Nasu and convenient to go everywhere we wanted to go. The onsen was really lovely. If we were to book it again we would get a futon room and not the beds, which were really hard and unpleasant.

お風呂が面白くなかったっすかね。 日にちにより男性女性がかわるのですが、大きめのお風呂とぬるめのジャクジー、サウナはあるのですが、以上の3点しかなく💦 体洗って少しつかってすぐ上がってきてしまいました💦 温泉重視する方は微妙かと。 6階の部屋でしたが、廊下が硫黄の匂いが凄すぎて、、子供の反応が微妙で… その他では、体育館がありそこが使えてバドミントンや卓球が出来るのは楽しくて好きです。

今回は二階の一番(211号)静かでよいが?山側で景色がなにも見えずです。お風呂に行くのに階段の利用で大変でした お風呂はとても気分よくはいれました。寝室も静かで よかった

朝食とお風呂はすごくよかった。 部屋も和室の電気にクモの巣がはっていた以外はよかった。 チァックアウト時のスタッフの対応はよかったぎ、売店の外国人スタッフの対応が悪く残念でした。(声が小さくて何言ってるかわからない&アイスを購入したのでスプーンくださいと言ったら無言で渡された)

夕飯のコース料理で、黒毛ステーキをオプション追加しましたが.... 期待に反して、貧弱な肉で残念。 オプションの寿司はまだ良かった。 しかし、白米と味噌は料理が全て終わった後に出たので、閉口した。 朝食のバイキングはメニューも豊富で、大変美味しく、満足でした。 部屋のトイレ等は広く非常に綺麗で掃除が行き届いていた。
