I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Resort and Spa Fiji and the resort was luxurious, with stunning surroundings, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The food and cocktails were also top-notch. However, I did encounter some unexpected charges on my room account after settling the bill. I reached out for clarification on these charges, as well as for information on our initial bond payment, which was not deducted. I hope to receive a prompt response, as the lack of communication after checkout has been quite frustrating. Overall, it was a lovely stay, but improved follow-up service would make the experience even better.

I loved our stay!! Was very relaxing and didn’t feel a need to leave the resort during our stay. I definitely recommend a beach view room, they make your stay feel extra private and it’s amazing getting to walk out to the beach in the morning.

We stayed in a pool view room for a couple of nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was large and enjoyed a view over the pool area. The breakfast was lovely. We particularly enjoyed Navo restaurant which we went to both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were lovely, very helpful. On our last night, the staff sang a farewell song for us and offered a welcome back which was a surprise and nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay at the intercontinental and if in the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed in a club suite which had a view of the sea from the hill. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and we also liked the furniture on the balcony. It rained on our last day there and it was lovely to listen to the rain while in the bathtub on the balcony. We tried all the restaurants in the resort and Navo was the best. We enjoyed the club sunset drinks and canapes as well as the afternoon tea. We also played golf in Natadola bay and the view was spectacular from there, even if the vicinity to the beach makes it very windy and harder to play. Overall it was a great stay. We h
