We arrived very early in the morning of the day of our check-in with the intent of just dropping off our luggage and then heading out for the day; however, the front desk had a room ready for us to check-in, which was above and beyond and allowed us to take some time to unpack and be fully prepared before heading out.

Great stay but I am offended by such a high class hotel charging an outrageous amount (they will not let me put dollar amounts in this review) for a half liter of water. Much less expensive hotels the water bottles are included

We always return and they’ve improved with time. Lovely rooms with good views and a spectacular Art Deco era swimming pool. A responsive staff, especially the crew who look after guests and offer advice about the city like Clive. Hard to beat the location if downtown Chicago is what you're after.

This hotel offers WONDERFUL rooms in an amazing location. The price is a little high for what you get but the rooms are very clean and modern. It seemed like it was hard to find staff around the hotel, but other than this it was amazing. Definitely would stay here again.
