The service was horrible, especially the woman called Cecilia. We had to call twice to be given a towell, the body wash and shampoo was never replenish. They tried to argue with us about the noice we heard.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was great. Didn't use the restaurant, but did get a drink from the bar and coffee in the am, all good. Checked out the pool and it was really lovely.

Check in got our room cards said 261 got our luggage proceeded up to find our card did not unlock the door. Gentleman came down the hall that said he also was given the 261 card . We took our belongings back down to the desk. They gave us a different room. Comped our $15 parking and a voucher for breakfast.

Checked out of this hotel yesterday. While the property was clean and the staff were personable, I had several issues with the room. I had booked for 3 people. There was no bed linen in the room for the pull out and there were 2 bath towels provided for the 3 of us. The telephone was broken (no handle) so I had to go downstairs both times to request these items. On checkout morning, I wanted to make a coffee in the room, but the coffee machine was broken so no coffee. I would have called down for a replacement but, again, my phone was broken so I had to get dressed and walk down once again. Highly disappointing and truly expected more from a Sheraton hotel.
