"Our 2nd stay at The Cliff was as expected, fantastic! This was the perfect place for the 2 of us to getaway so we could relax and enjoy our 25th anniversary. The spacious, comfortable room and more than adequate bathroom were perfect. Water pressure and temperature were excellent every day and the air conditioning units in both the bedroom and living room were ideal. The staff was always welcoming and willing to assist with any and every request. Bartender LT and dining room attendant Romona really went above and beyond for us. The New Year’s Eve party and fireworks display were such a great time. Looking forward to our 3rd visit. "

"This was one of the best and unique resort experiences I’ve ever had - the geological caves on which the hotel is built are fascinating and impossible to replicate - it’s intimate and staff are attentive and personable - the value for our all-inclusive stay was very good - whilst deliberately rustic and understated, rooms may need some refreshes eventually and a small gym would be a great addition"

"We had a most wonderful stay at Sur Mer. Beyond the convenience and amenities of the property, want to give a special shout out to Daniella - the property manager. Our car broke down on the way to the hotel late at night. Daniella was not on the property but she helped arrange a transportation for us, checking on us every once in a while till we made it to the hotel. Being in a foreign country, stuck late at night with no one to reach out to, Daniella proved to be a God-send. She ensured that we felt safe and were taken care of in the best possible way. we can't thank her enough and everyone else at the property as well. They are very welcoming, warm folks, always ready to help. The property itself provides a clean, quiet cozy piece of nature for your vacation. One of our best stays must say!!"
