The hotel is beautiful, but the A/C of our room stop working the second day. since is a "cave" the room got really hot. it felt like a sauna. The guy from the front desk try to fix the A/C with no success and the solution was to provide as a fan which was not really enough. A/C is very important and if is not working they should have offer another room

Our stay at Millstone Cave Suites Hotel in Cappadocia was nothing short of extraordinary. The cave-style rooms were beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and authenticity, with breathtaking views of Cappadocia’s surreal landscape. What truly set our experience apart was the incredible staff, particularly Mustafa Kemal. He went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. Mustafa’s local knowledge was unparalleled—he gave us personalized recommendations on the best places to visit, best restaurants to try, and insider tips on how to get around town with ease. He even helped us plan activities based on our interests, making sure we didn’t miss out on any of Cappadocia’s hidden gems. His dedication to making our stay exceptional was evident in every interaction. The hotel itself is stunning, with cozy, well-appointed rooms and an inviting atmosphere. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast with the most irresistible mini croissants and excellent service. We left Millstone Cave Suites with incredible memories and a deep appreciation for the hospitality shown by Mustafa and the entire team. We have made a mistake for the booking dates and they where so kind that they don't charge anything for our mistake in dates. Ahuer & Mustafa they where the best sraff ever had to deal with. and in general the place is so amazing you feel like you are in home . the fire place in the night was a dream Highly recommend and i wish that i can visit again.

Good property and decent rooms. Too many bees compared to other hotels in the area - assuming they don’t insecticide or not as well at least. More importantly, rooms are way too hot. AC’s in the rooms are not sufficiently strong to cool down. Room was always +25 deg C despite AC working max power for 3 days.

When we checked in, one of the rooms wasn’t ready, so we had to wait for about half an hour. We booked two rooms, but the air conditioning in one of them wasn’t sufficient—it was a bit warmer than we preferred. The A/C in the other room worked well. Additionally, the cobblestones in the pathways weren’t properly installed and could pose a tripping hazard. Overall, most of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, one staff member provided incorrect information about balloon rides, claiming that the premium ride was longer, went higher, and had fewer people. Later, we discovered that the only difference was the number of people in the balloons.

Amazing hotel with the kindess and most helpful staff. Went out of there way to serve us. Top quality everything and has to be one of the best hotels on the area. We stayed three nights and say the whole area. Love Cappadocia.

We were upgraded to a bigger suite as a gesture of friendliness. The hotel also provides travel services-an added bonus. Staff members were warm and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

The property was nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. If I had one complaint, since the room doesn’t have air conditioning and it is sort of built into the caves, the rooms get musty and warm since there is no circulation of air. It’s really noticeable after taking a shower. But that’s a minor complaint and wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.
