The staff at the front desk and valet were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of many places. The process of checking in/out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and adequate for my one night stay. The only reasons the review didn’t receive all stars was because of the elevator situation. It appeared a few were out of service and getting one down took awhile.

The hotel was very clean and very quiet which came as a surprise since it seemed to be very popular. The pool was amazing and the room was very spacious. The only downside is there are no microwaves in the rooms. Imagine coming in from a looong day out and wanting leftovers and have to go to the lobby to warm it.

Our AC was out most the stay, the curtains didn’t work either which wasn’t too bad however waiting for the valet is the worst. On top of waiting for the valet, they give your keys to the front desk some of the time and when someone finally pops up to assist you they will make it seem like it’s your fault. Probably would not stay again.

I would definitely stay here in the future close to everything that you wanna do in New Orleans. It has a bar pool table, and a pool on property. Everything about it was nice. Staff was lovely. Great experience

Hotel is in a great location- it is within walking distance of almost everything! Lots of parking options. Safety is ensured, hotel is super cute & cozy! Staff is extremely attentive! Made my New Orleans trip even better! Would definitely stay again
