Absolutely amazing!!! The hotel was gorgeous and the room was beautiful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. They were amazing!!! We loved the valet parking as it kept my car readily available whenever I needed it and I loved that the pool was right outside my room door. Everything was within walking distance including the steam boat ride we took. It was beautiful 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful hotel in the French Quarter within easy walking distance of Bourbon and Royal Streets, Plenty of Valet parking right on the premises. The staff was friendly and efficient. Great place to stay!

We loved this hotel! It was close to everything! We like to stay near Frenchman street, and the Hotel Provincial was close to there and close to all things French Quarter! We enjoyed the Icehouse Bar on site daily. The pool is the best one in NOLA, in my opinion! And the staff were all so nice and seemed to enjoy their jobs! Perfect place to stay!

The property was beautiful and close to Jackson Square & the Riverfront. Just about 4 blocks to walk to the square: live music, restaurants, Cafe du Monde, etc. However, a wrong turn several blocks the other direction lands you in less-appealing neighborhoods & restaurants. There are a lot of low-income neighborhoods and streets in NOLA that you should stay clear of (that are close to the areas you want to visit). I would stay here again because of its location to what I want to see. It's surrounded by residences, which makes it safer, even though it's in downtown French Quarter.
