Didn’t like the fact originally we were given a room that wasn’t what we booked. However , they did switch us to the correct room. No toiletries as far as soap shampoo etc, all the bottles were empty. Also, to spend $53 on valet and still have to go get your own car is crazy. Their was only 1 valet guy on a Saturday night

Upon checkin, the staff was great for the most part. I had issues with WIFI with no resolve. Went to the business center and still wasn’t able to get help and the area was very noisy at 7am . I also couldn’t connect to the WiFi from there either. The leather on the desk chair in my room was torn apart and not appealing given the hotel reputation.

Located at walking distance to shops, restaurants, casino, and tram lines. Our plane arrived earlier than expected but we were able to check in early. Communication was great with the staff! We would stay again!

for the price I paid this hotel was not great at all. The room was mostly clean but the toilet was broken, there were no instructions on how to use the TV and the meals/drinks services down in the lobby were very sparse and not worth it. There were huge lines to check in and ask questions at the front desk. The staff were very helpful to fix my issues at least.
