I truly enjoyed my recent stay. The Staff was phenomenal. I loved the cleanliness of my room. Its close to everything on Canal, Bourbon Street, etc. But far enough to have a relaxing experience in a busy city. Love Nola!

I was stating at this location from 8/16-8/23. I had a few issues that needed to be addressed. I contacted Cindy the manager and she was absolutely phenomenal. She handled my issues with the upmost priority. She assessed the problem and handled it in a very professional manner. She was the perfect picture of hospitality. I will definitely be back.

Our hotel experience was exceptional. The warm welcome from Mark & Davontay made us feel at home, and the property's cleanliness was impressive. We had a great night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bed, which surpassed our expectations. we can’t wait until we can go back.

It was within walking distance to French quarters, the streetcar was literally on the same street, great food options all around. Perfect for family. The gum was great, the pool could use an upgrade.

Good hotel but new Orleans is pretty bad.
Not bad. Clean. Two firealarms during the day. Had to go down two times the 10th floor. Hôtel in a good area, not too close from french quarter… which is very dirty, with a lot of homeless, drugs and prostitutes.. not too safe especially with kids. I did not love new Orleans and Will not come back.
