Overall, the stay was good. Very convenient location short walk to Bouborn, Canal and concert venue. The staff was accommodating and polite. The only challenge was the plumbing in the bathroom . Otherwise, pleasant experience

The hotel and the room were clean. The location was very walkable. There is a bar downstairs. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Great location close to canal street, Bourbon st, and the French Quarter. Lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. Not far from the Superdome and Smoothie King center either.

Quiet and comfortable
Quiet and safe. No issues but wish the bar in the Lobby stayed open later. Also, if booking through third party, there is a $250 deposit when you check in but the answering service for Laquinta said there was no deposit when I called to confirm my reservation.

The staff is wonderful. The property is outdated and somewhat gross. There was hair in the drain, appliances didn’t work very well, and you have to request a room clean 24h in advance which is kind of crazy. The staff made the experience good though, and our beds felt clean/were comfy. Great budget option and walking distance to the Quarter, but just know the property conditions are meh and you get what you pay for.

The location was amazing. Walkable to Canal Street, close to French Market and Bourbon Street. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Go see Ms. Debbie in the bar- she has great personality and makes wonderful drinks

We paid too much to be in a place that didn’t have anyone the cleaned daily, deliver clean towels or check in. We’ve seen staff have accidents with guests vehicles and the fact that we had to pay $30 a night to park in a makeshift garage was horrendous… Not to mention we didn’t even know about paying for parking until we were checking in. The breakfast, was horrible and I will not return to this hotel.

The staff were at times abrupt. We did not realize that the breakfast finished at 9am and the staff member did not want to allow my wife any access. It would have not caused any issue for the staff member to allow my wife to quickly grab some cooked eggs which surely would have been discarded. We were not aware that the rooms are not serviced daily. We called 4 times to get fresh towels over the period of an hour. Room service had an abrupt manner on 3 of those occasions.

Very nice room, very clean, good tv and internet. Plenty of towels, toilet hard to flush, good constant temperature in shower. Breakfast options be lacking but ok 3/10. Overall for the price and location 10/10

The receptionist said $250 for the deposit would be released after checking out. But they actually charged more than on the receipt. It's really frustrating. And the toilet kept dipping water while I stayed.
