I expected for the extra price , as on your website, it shows a balcony over a dirty street with a homeless person sleeping on ground below. I told guest services as I was checking out in the morning and explained maybe I slept one hour :( the balcony overlooking the garden would’ve been beautiful for our 25th anniversary :( we ordered food from the bar and the steak was overcooked and the spinach dip washard and grainy. We had 4 service guys who came to try and help ac but no luck :(

Not a bad stay at all! We did have to switch rooms late at night as our room had no a/c and it was so hot! But then our second room was freezing and we couldn’t turn off the a/c. We just delt with it! Staff was great about moving us and getting us blankets. The house cleaning is not the best. They filled our “clean” towels with our already used ones, just folded them and put them back on the shelf. lol. The location is great! The room isn’t the worst or the best. Would def stay here again!!

The property was in excellent condition, the staff were friendly, the beds were cozy, the balcony was nice, the courtyard was beautiful, and the view was nice. Walkable to all the fun stuff, but not right in the middle of the noise. Loved it. The only problem that I had was the lack of nearby safe parking, as the valet service is $50 a night and there’s no self parking.

Won’t say there again

The lady at the front desk wasn’t too friend when we checked in. Room was small and dated. The bathroom was really dated and needed a remodel. The faucet was to the right side of the sink instead of below the mirror. The air conditioner did cool but not below 70. The room wasn’t very sound proof. We heard loud radios from every car that passed by and everyone that walked down the hall. Our room did have a shared balcony, which was nice. The hotel has a bistro. They have live music, which was a great touch. The room was clean.
