Pleasant Stay with Complimentary Dinners
The overall stay was pleasant. The complimentary light dinners from Monday to Wednesday were a highlight, and the hotel's provision of toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion was a great convenience for guests. We also requested a kettle and received it promptly. While our room faced the main street, so it was sometimes noisy at night. We had one complaint about the room service. Despite putting up the "Maid Service Please" sign all day, we received no service. Even after speaking with the receptionist, the issue remained unresolved. We are curious as to why this occurred. As a suggestion for the room facilities, the bathroom could benefit from a ventilation fan.
