Pleasant Stay with Complimentary Dinners
The overall stay was pleasant. The complimentary light dinners from Monday to Wednesday were a highlight, and the hotel's provision of toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion was a great convenience for guests. We also requested a kettle and received it promptly. While our room faced the main street, so it was sometimes noisy at night. We had one complaint about the room service. Despite putting up the "Maid Service Please" sign all day, we received no service. Even after speaking with the receptionist, the issue remained unresolved. We are curious as to why this occurred. As a suggestion for the room facilities, the bathroom could benefit from a ventilation fan.

This is a good basic accomodation. We had a party of 5 and the place came with a kitchenette. The included breakfast was good, not great (but not terrible!). The hotel staff was young, but very eager to help and friendly. As far as the location, you're in downtown Hamilton, with all that entails, the good and the bad. Some "unhoused" screaming at night out my window. It was fine. I would stay there again, if I was travelling with a large group.

I don't even know where to begin, we were travelling from London UK to Canada for the first time and we booked this suite and honestly the staff at this establishment are the most caring, loving and polite people I have ever come across, I have travelled extensively prior and never received such amazing customer service. Most importantly whenever we had a query the staff were always so helpful and it was never a no, but always a let's see what we can do. I am gutted that I did not get to remember everyone's names from reception, to housekeeping and to breakfast staff, but honestly you all are the most amazing people. Your care is above and beyond. Some names I can remember are Janice, Sabina, the beautiful green eyed lady at reception which is the best way I can remember her. The housekeeping lady who was so polite and we even had such nice conversations about Canada as this was our first visit. But also the beautiful breakfast staff who always greeted us with lovely smiles every morning. This was our first trip to Canada and we chose to stay in Hamilton as it was the mid point for Toronto and Niagara, the transportation links were easy, we used The GO buses and trains and the bus station is just opposite the hotel and it also drops you right back outside the hotel. (Short walk, very easy). I would most definitely recommend if your thinking to stay in Hamilton book this place. The suite had everything you needed, everything was so clean and to perfection. Thank you all

Great hotel with everything you need, right in the heart of Hamilton. Walking distance to anything you could need as far as public transportation, dining and shopping. The hot water did take a bit to get up to the 7th floor but it was well worth the wait and that's as close as I'll get to a criticism but I would absolutely stay here again.
