Nice location for walking to activities. Room was not stocked with enough towels for the 4 people booked to stay in our room. Bathroom and room need a little TLC; bath drain clogged, no holder for hand soap bar which became a mess on the sink after a few days, shower room needs an overhaul to improve dingy feel, missing artwork from walls with hardware still present. Free breakfast was included in our stay at time of booking but my credit card continued to be charged each morning for breakfast even after a daily discussion with the desk staff regarding the mistake. Location felt safe but was noisy due to surrounding area and poor insulation of the walls. Breakfast buffet was mediocre.

The property was nice. Nice amount of dining experiences around the hotel. The environment felt friendly and nice. Love the Street car that passes right in front of the hotel. It adds to the experience. I think it’s great!!

A lovely work in progress
The location was great, and I loved the New Orleans looking feel of the property. The restaurant on site was a great place for drinks at the end of a long day. The linens were crisp, clean, and so soft there was some construction and property improvements going on, so I gave it four stars for cleanliness, but the crew was very polite and Taking great care of the property

When I first checked in the room I got was under construction with holes in the wall and beer cans on the floor. My second room was pretty decent, but then they overcharged me $243.

Beautiful gem with great staff ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is not just a quaint little hotel, it’s a beautifully landscaped compound of numerous buildings with rooms, a pool, and a fountain. It’s very safe with wrought iron gates and a security guard on post. The staff were amazing, friendly, and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire property.
