Very Clean, great service, fantastic food. The air conditioner was a little loud, but not terrible. The water pressure wasn't terrific, but that could be an infrastructure issue more than a hotel problem. Part of the charm is the character of the hotel but with that comes some outdated mechanical issues. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel experience with superior service!

All staff were so pleasant and professional. We had a deluxe king with faced the pool and overlooked the hotel entrance. Traffic noise could be loud especially in the evening. Sounded like a drag strip. We had one day our room was not serviced. Reception seemed shocked but another employee said they had been having housekeeping issues. And that housekeeping was rating at 70%. Other than that day our room was spotless. And again, the staff were all exceptional. We appreciated having drivers available on site.
